Olivia (she/her) is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from all demographics and diverse backgrounds. Olivia values honesty, kindness, and meeting clients where they are by supporting them through life’s challenges with empathy and respect. Olivia has professional experience as a case manager and providing restorative education for individuals of all ages navigating the criminal justice system. Grounded in Person-Centered Theory, Olivia is dedicated to fostering strong therapeutic relationships in which clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and reach their full potential. Rooted in a deep commitment to social justice and equity, Olivia’s personal experiences with family members in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those who have faced mental health and substance use challenges, have shaped her perspective and fueled her passion for advocacy. She also values the importance of family dynamics and is dedicated to helping clients maintain and restore meaningful relationships.
