Olivia (she/her) completed her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). She is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. Olivia values honesty, kindness, and meeting clients where they are, supporting them through life’s challenges with empathy and respect. Olivia has previous professional experience as a case manager and in providing restorative education for individuals of all ages navigating the criminal legal system. Grounded in Person-Centered Theory, her work is also informed by strengths-based approaches and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. She practices from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, emphasizing a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and reach their full potential. Olivia is committed to principles of social justice and equity in her work. She values the importance of understanding diverse lived experiences and family dynamics and is dedicated to helping clients build, maintain, and restore meaningful relationships. Olivia’s goal is to support clients in developing insight, building effective coping and communication skills, as well as create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
