Learning to manage emotions and handle stress

Sometimes emotions can feel intense, unpredictable, or hard to manage. You might react quickly, shut down, or feel overwhelmed in ways that are hard to explain. Dialectical Behavior Therapy helps people learn how to manage emotions, handle stress, and respond to situations in more balanced and intentional ways.

DBT is practical and focused on real life skills. Clients learn tools they can use at school, at home, and in relationships, helping them feel more steady, more confident, and more in control over time.
