Chelsea Cragin, LPCC, MFTC
Therapy is a space to feel more connected—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you’re living. I work with teens, individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I aim to create sessions that feel both safe and real—where there’s no need to have the “right words” or everything figured out. Many clients come in struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or a persistent sense of “not being good enough.” Together, we make sense of where these patterns come from and begin to shift them. For teens and young adults, this often includes exploring identity, values, and direction.
My approach is collaborative and relational, helping clients feel more understood, more confident in themselves, and better equipped to navigate emotions and relationships. I blend research-backed, practical tools to understand thoughts and emotions and respond in more intentional ways with deeper, trauma-informed work to support meaningful and lasting change.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from support. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting something to shift, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, and EMDR-trained.
